Foundation Diploma in Multidisciplinary Creative Practice
Visual Communication
Build your Creative foundation in visual communication, branding
image-making and design-led storytelling.
Every message needs a visual voice. From posters and campaigns to branding, typography, digital content and visual storytelling, visual communication shapes how people understand ideas, brands, culture and society.
The Foundation Diploma in Multidisciplinary Creative Practice: Visual Communication is an 8-month Creative foundation programme for students who want to explore visual communication, build a strong Creative portfolio, and prepare for progression into undergraduate-level study at AMDT.
This pathway is especially suitable for students who are interested in graphic design, branding, advertising, typography, illustration, digital design, visual storytelling, campaign design or Creative communication, but who need a structured foundation route before entering Year 1.
Students also have the opportunity to earn two qualifications through a single programme. Upon successful completion and meeting the relevant requirements, students may receive both the AMDT Foundation Diploma in Multidisciplinary Creative Practice: Visual Communication and the Pearson BTEC Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Art, Design and Media Practice.
