Fashion Design Student
Hey, I’m Zahra Ismail. I’m in the second-year of my Fashion Design course at AMDT.
In the changing world of education, AMDT School of Creativity offered me with valuable resource to extract my knowledge in the field I have always wanted.
AMDT’s Foundation Diploma in Art & Design was my first step. It was really fun. I learned the basics of most of the fields like graphic, animation etc. The lecturers are very friendly and they’re always willing to help.
Since it was the beginning we had no pressure and almost felt like we’re in kindergarten. It was all about finding your talents that you didn’t even know that existed inside you. Spent 1 whole year experimenting and learning new things!
Right now I’m in my second-year of my Fashion Design course. That’s the main reason I joined AMDT. Before I joined I thought being a Fashion Designer would be easy. Just sketch, sew the garment and ready to go. But no, It’s not easy as it looks. You can’t be a Fashion Designer in one night. There are so many steps. But once you catch the methods and follow the steps, welcome to the safe zone.
I really loved sketching my garments. Our institute is well equipped and the environment here is sociable. I also like the fact that AMDT is a safe place to study.
