Hi, I’m Saranga Mendis I am a Film director. I and my wife are currently following a course on Film at AMDT. We are very much interested in how AMDT gives us knowledge about film making. I have been working in the film industry for about 15 years now as a director and my wife is also a Film producer.

We have been able to produce some of the most popular works such as “Deveni Inima”, “Sangeethaya” and “Gini avi saha gini keli”. For the past 15 years, Sri Lanka did not have a proper place to study Film making.

But recently when we got to know about AMDT, we realized that they give us the best up-to-date knowledge in most effective ways and also they have an amazing panel of lecturers consisting of both local and international faculty. So I and my wife are very happy to be able to learn Film at AMDT.
