• The overarching eligibility criteria for the AMDT School of Creativity Animation course will similarly extend to this scholarship opportunity.

• Applicants must submit an application form provided by AMDT School of Creativity.
• Applications must include a portfolio of their creative work, showcasing their skills and creativity.
• Any additional documentation or information requested by AMDT School of Creativity must be provided.

• A total of 7 students will be chosen to receive this scholarship.
• Applications will be evaluated based on the quality of the Character design, creativity and originality of the work.
• A judging panel comprising qualified Animation and VFX professionals and the Management of AMDT School of Creativity will review the applications and select the scholarship recipients.
• AMDT School of Creativity reserves the authority to select candidates at its discretion and in accordance with the established selection criteria.

• The scholarship amount totals up to LKR. 150,000 per student.
• The scholarship funds will not be disbursed directly to the student; instead, they will be transferred and directly deducted from the course fee of the Animation and VFX program.
• The selected students will adhere to the standard payment plan, with the scholarship amount being applied as a deduction from the final instalments, equivalent to the scholarship value.

• All submitted character designs remain the property of the respective applicants.
• By submitting an application, applicants grant AMDT School of Creativity the right to use their submitted Character Designs for promotional purposes related to the scholarship.

• Scholarship recipients will be notified via email and/or phone on or before 10th November 2023.
• The names of the scholarship recipients may be publicly announced by AMDT School of Creativity on their official social media pages and website.

• Scholarship recipients must confirm their acceptance of the scholarship within 2 weeks after receiving the notification.

• Scholarship recipients may be required to participate in promotional activities, interviews, or events related to the scholarship or AMDT School of Creativity.

• The scholarship is exclusively applicable to the 2024 January intake at AMDT School of Creativity and cannot be transferred to any other intake.

• The scholarship shall be terminated if recipients fail to maintain satisfactory academic progress or violate any policies, including general student rules and regulations at AMDT School of Creativity.

• Applicants’ personal and contact information will be used solely for the purpose of the scholarship application and selection process.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
