Trainee Academic Operations Executive

We’re seeking dedicated Trainee Academic Operations Executives to manage and support our diverse programs within the Creative arts and design faculties. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, supporting curriculum development, and ensuring the smooth operation of the programmes, while improving the overall student experience.

Enrollment Executive

You’ll engage in student recruitment through college fairs, sessions, campus tours, and open houses, attracting a diverse pool of applicants and connecting them to Creative education opportunities, driving the success of our degree programmes.

Associate Software Engineer – Full Stack

We are seeking a skilled Associate Software Engineer – Full Stack to design, develop, and maintain web applications, working with both front-end and back-end technologies. About the role

You will play a crucial role in the administration and smooth running of our programmes. This position requires a blend of administrative acumen and a passion for Creative education. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the academic and administrative aspects of our programmes, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and relevant to industry needs.

Requirements
  • Diploma or HND in Management or any relevant field.
  • A comprehensive understanding of best academic practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an educational setting could be an advantage.

You’ll attract a diverse range of applicants to our Creative programmes by engaging with prospective students through fairs, sessions, campus tours, and open houses, helping them explore opportunities at AMDT School of Creativity.

Requirements
  • Diploma or HND in management, marketing, sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum of one year experience in sales management and/or course advisory in an educational setting could be an advantage.
About the role

As an Associate Software Engineer – Full Stack, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust backend functionality. You’ll work with modern technologies and methodologies, contributing to projects that bridge Creativity and technology.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • 1+ years of experience in Angular and .Net C# development with version control (Git).
  • Strong expertise in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS3, and SASS.
  • Experience with .Net Core Entity Framework.
  • Knowledge of JSON, REST, Web Services, and Microservices.
  • Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience working in an Azure environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a research and innovation mindset.
About the role

You’ll manage financial operations, including record-keeping, student account management, and compliance. Your role involves budget planning, implementing payment technologies, and preparing financial reports to support decision-making.

Requirements
  • Having full or partial qualifications in ACCA, CIMA, CMA, AAT, or equivalent certifications.
  • Currently pursuing or have successfully completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
About the role

You’ll create and execute marketing strategies for local and international markets, including market research, consumer analysis, and brand campaigns. You’ll also support product development, optimize efforts, and drive student recruitment, ensuring strategies align with business goals in Creative education.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and sales achievements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.

You will contribute to the effective administration and smooth functioning of our Creative programmes. This role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for Creative education. You’ll be supporting academic operations and helping maintain high-quality standards across our programmes while gaining valuable experience that will help you grow in the field of academic and operational management.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
